Registration Terms & Conditions
What Registration Includes
Registration for the conference, held July 21–23, 2027, includes workshops, general sessions, networking opportunities, access to the conference app, and meals and refreshments identified in the conference schedule. Presenters may also make session materials available to attendees.

Cancellations and Refunds
To cancel a registration, email conference@gu.org. The date Generations United receives the request determines the refund:
Through February 28, 2027: Registration payment refunded less a $100 cancellation fee.
March 1 through May 31, 2027: Registration payment refunded less a $150 cancellation fee.
Beginning June 1, 2027: No refund.
Substitutions
A registration may be transferred to another person at no additional charge. The original registrant or the organization that purchased the registration must email the substitution request to conference@gu.org by July 9, 2027. Substitutions cannot be accommodated after that date.
Payments
Credit card payments can be made through the online registration system.
Organizations that need to pay by check must email conference@gu.org for instructions before registering. Check payments must be received by June 30, 2027.
Code of Conduct
Generations United is committed to a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive conference where people of all backgrounds, identities, ages, and experiences can participate fully.
Attendees, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, volunteers, staff, and guests are expected to treat one another with respect. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, threatening behavior, and other conduct that interferes with someone’s participation will not be tolerated.
To report a concern, speak with a Generations United staff member or email conference@gu.org. Generations United may take action appropriate to the circumstances, including asking someone to leave an activity or the conference without a refund.
Health & Wellness
Please do not attend conference activities if you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness or have been advised to avoid close contact with others. Attendees are encouraged to take precautions that meet their needs, including hand hygiene, recommended vaccinations, and masking. Please respect the health choices of others.
Photography & Recording
Photography, video, and audio recording may take place during conference activities. Generations United may use these materials in its communications, publications, website, social media, educational materials, and promotions. By attending the conference, you acknowledge that you may appear in these materials. If you have concerns about being photographed or recorded, please contact conference@gu.org before the conference or notify conference staff onsite so we can discuss available options.
